Protect and Prepare
We cover and protect all of your flooring, walls, furnishings and fixtures. Switch covers and window treatments come off, and we make the agreed ceiling and wall repairs. Exteriors get pressure washed first.

Loose paint gets scraped, bare wood gets primed, and material separations get caulked for a tight seal against our tough Texas weather. Drywall damage and interior textures are repaired and matched before any color goes on.

No. Our interior process starts with covering and protecting all of your flooring, walls, furnishings and fixtures. We remove the light switch and outlet covers and the window treatments ourselves, and we make all the agreed ceiling and wall repairs before any paint goes on.
